i don’t like seafood, but for some damn reason i’ve been wanting shrimp for a week…maybe i like it now? i’ll try it again this weekend
Cravings like that are usually a sign that your body is lacking a certain nutrient. Shrimp is a very nutrient-dense food. That is to say, you get a lot of bang for your buck, a lot of benefit for your bite. More about the nutrition in shrimp here.
